1. What should be done if a customer wants the package but has exhausted the three delivery attempts? 

• If a customer still wants the package after exhausting the three delivery attempts, We can arrange a final delivery attempt with an addiotnal 65 EGP fixed fee.

2. How should the situation be handled if a client wishes to cancel their order when it is already out for delivery? 

• If an order is already out for delivery, cancellation is generally not possible. However, the customer can refuse the delivery, and the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed, excluding any shipping costs.
