How long will it take to get my order?

All items will be processed within 10 days of ordering. Once order is processed the following timeframe will apply for you to receive your order.

It depends on where you order from:

• Egypt: 3/5 working days
• Mainland Europe: 3-5 working days
• UK: 3-5 days working days
• USA & Canada: 5-10 days working days
• Rest of the world: 5-10 days working days

Please note pre-orders are usually 15 working days

How can I choose the right size?

There's a size chart on every product page. If It's your first order, we strongly suggest to measure your garments and make sure the size you get is the closest to that. This way you will ensure that the fitting is perfect.

What do I need to do if I receive a defective product?

We work really hard to make sure all our products meet the highest quality standards.

If you receive a defective item please contact with info@barraserb.com and explain your situation. Make sure to upload photos of the defects and write your order number.
